You can gain faster access to the Control Panel by using a shortcut. Right-click on the Start button and select 'Explore'. Now right-click in the right pane and select 'New->Folder'. Name the folder:
QuickContolPanel{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}
When you click on the Start menu button you will see 'Quick Control Panel' at the top. This will include all of the NT4 Control Panel icons.
